Facilitator - Ben Marchman, LAPC
Ben Marchman, MS, APC, is a dedicated Associate Professional Counselor with a passion for helping men reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. With experience leading groups ranging from small, intimate circles to gatherings of over 200 participants, Ben brings steadiness, presence, and heart to his work. He specializes in supporting men through addiction, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and the search for purpose and direction. Rooted in gestalt, attachment, somatic, and ecotherapy approaches, his work invites men into deeper awareness of their inner experiences and relationships—grounded in the belief that healing begins in connection: when we feel genuinely seen, deeply heard, and safely held.
Ben creates a safe, engaging, and growth-focused environment where men can slow down and notice what is happening inside and between them. His style blends warmth, authenticity, and accountability, encouraging men to drop the mask, speak honestly, and take ownership of their growth. Through present-moment awareness, body-based practices, and the healing presence of nature, he helps men return to wholeness, belonging, and the courage to live with purpose. Ben believes transformation happens most powerfully in community and is committed to helping men build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and live with clarity, confidence, and integrity—both inside and outside the group.
