Nature doesn’t rush—and neither do we. Growth is already in you.
Ben Marchman, APC
Ben Marchman, MS, APC, is an Associate Professional Counselor with a diverse educational background including a B.A. in Wilderness Leadership and Experiential Education, an M.S. in Environmental Education, and an M.S. in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Psychotherapy. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in Nature-Based Counseling. Ben brings over a decade of experience across wilderness therapy programs, outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers, and community-based mental health settings.
His therapeutic model integrates gestalt therapy, somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and ecotherapy—grounded in humanistic and experiential traditions. Ben’s work is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, supporting clients in exploring unconscious patterns, early relational wounds, and emotional stuck points. He specializes in working with men, young adults, and families, particularly around issues such as trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis, grief, depression, and anxiety.
I help men and adults who feel disconnected or emotionally stuck find their way back to themselves—without pressure, judgment, or pretense. My style is grounded and relational, and I draw from somatic and experiential approaches to help you reconnect with what’s been buried, avoided, or shut down. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, addiction, or a general sense of being lost, we’ll work together to build a more honest, embodied connection to yourself and the people in your life.
